The Young European Research Universities Network is proud to present its new Strategy 2021-2025!
With this forward-looking document, YERUN is equipped with a solid and inspiring strategy that will guide the network’s activities for the next five years. For one year, the “Taskforce on the Future of YERUN” has been digging into the “why”, “how” and “what” of our network, reflecting on the elements that make YERUN members distinctive as young institutions and how they can use such uniqueness to shape the European higher education system alongside their long-established peers.
In light of the achievements made so far and of the ambitions of its members, this strategy aims to step up the network’s growth across the following focus areas:

We look forward to the many exciting activities that we will carry out with our members under these new focus areas, with a view to contributing to talent growth in our institutions, at all levels and in all forms, and transforming today’s universities into those of the future.
