YERUN Working Group on Open Science

YERUN Open Science

The YERUN Working Group on Open Science should facilitate information exchange about Open Science policies and practices among YERUN members with the objective of benchmarking and exploring the possibility of addressing joint initiatives and best practices.

YERUN member, Prof. Dr. Eva Méndez (@evamen) is represented in the Open Science Policy Platform advising Commissioner for Research and Innovation, Carlos Moedas.

The WG will collect experiences and good practices and communicate it to the representative in the Open Science Policy Platform (OSPP) to bring in the experience and new approaches of young research universities in the topic: policies on Open Science, infrastructures for Open Science (new repositories for publications and research data), cultural change endeavours, reward career process, training and technical support, etc.
