“Management Consulting in the Digital Age” is a two-week summer school designed for master level students who want to be better prepared for a future career in digital management consulting. The programme will provide them information and practical business cases about the way leading consulting companies are developing digital transformation processes.
This year, it will will be held in a virtual format, on Open edX and Blackboard online platforms. It will involve 8 different consulting companies.
The programme will include:
- online e-learning module on the fundamentals of digital transformation (accessible on Open edX – self-paced)
- online lectures on how management consulting companies are structuring digital transformation projects (from July 5th to July 16th 2021 – part-time between 2 and 4 hours per day)
- groupwork on a consulting project assigned and supervised by a consulting company (prepared in parallel to the lectures and presented to the consulting company)
In addition, students will have the possibility to enrich their data analytics skills by attending an online course on SAS Visual Analytics.
Target participants: mainly master level students in Management, Economics, Data Science and Informatics. However, we welcome also students with a different background as long as they are interested in digital transformation.
