The University of Rome Tor Vergata organizes the third edition of the Summer School on “Management Consulting in the Digital Age”, a summer school dedicated to YERUN students and focus on reshaping consulting skills a young professional should acquire.

This year the University of Rome Tor Vergata is able to offer 20 scholarships that fully cover the enrolment fees as well as food and accommodation (only the travel expenses have to be covered by the participants).

GOAL: The course provides master level students with an in-depth exposure to the way leading management consulting firms develop digital transformation projects allowing them to be well prepared for a future career in management consulting.

PARTICIPANTS: The course is designed mainly for students from Management-Business Administration and Data Science-Statistics-IT-Engineering but it’s open to students with any background.

APPROACH: The course is practice-driven, based on business cases on how digital technologies enable new business models and process redesigns. Business cases are developed in collaboration with leading consulting firms (Accenture, Capgemini, McKinsey and PwC) and software vendors.

The course is based on five business cases in five days dealing with how digital technologies (mainly Social Media, Mobile technologies, Advanced Analytics/AU, Blockchain and IoT/Cloud) are enabling business models innovation as well as business process redesign in the areas of Strategy, Marketing & Sales and Supply Chain.
